An alternative way of treating physical pain and emotional distress

I have recently trained and qualified in EFT, which means I can now offer this valuable resource to my clients.

EFT is a safe way to treat trauma , and can also be really helpful for pain and emotional hurt.

It is also referred to as 'tapping' or 'acupressure'. Tapping the body can treat pain and re-balance the energy in our body.
